The M.A.D.1S opened the door for admirers of MB&F whose budget fell short of the brand’s significant entry point to acquire a timepiece that inherently looks and feels like something that the independent watchmaker produced in that price bracket. From the perspective of shock value, the M.A.D.1S is right up there with its more expensive MB&F counterparts. A unique time-telling display. A massive rotor spinning on top of the watch. A key element of the M.A.D.1S, and one that really can’t be understated, is its inexplicable qualities – again much like those innate in pieces produced under the MB&F banner. Conceptually, the M.A.D.1S was awe inspiring. In execution, phenomenally impressive. There are elements of the M.A.D.1S that may seem overwhelming, but on the wrist there is a certain innate harmony throughout the piece. The M.A.D.1S was offered as part of a raffle and is limited to only 1,500 pieces.

This M.A.D.1S example was purchased brand new in 2024 and has remained in unworn condition since its purchase. It comes complete with original box and papers, along with stickers on the body of the watch and the clasp. The original strap has no indentations or stretch marks, in-line with the watch’s new-like condition.
