MR PORTER x Haulogerie: Picks of the Week #14

Welcome to the next instalment of our regular series, of 'MR PORTER x Haulogerie: Picks of the Week". In this week's column we've picked out watches from the likes of Jaeger-LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin, IWC and Breitling. Enjoy!

Vacheron Constantin Overseas Dual Time

Crafted in 41mm of stainless steel and featuring a beautiful expansive blue dial, the Vacheron Constantin Dual Time is the latest rendition of the manufacture's illustrious dual time piece with a refreshed aesthetic and exceptional mechanics.

Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Geographic

Jaeger-LeCoultre knows how to put together a watch, and the Master Geographic is a prime example of that. An abundance of information adorns the Master Geographic's dial in a legible, easy to understand manner. My favourite feature is the recessed sub-dials and associated indicators, making for a dramatic 3D effect.

Breitling Premier B01 Norton Limited Edition

I'm really enjoying the direction Breitling is taking with almost all of its new releases, with the Premier B01 Norton Limited Edition being a great example of that sentiment.

IWC Pilot's Spitfire Chronograph

A nod to the original models worn by pilots in the Royal Air Force during the 1940s, the IWC Pilot's Spitfire Chronograph is infatuating, historic and super accessible.

Breitling Aviator 8 Curtiss Warhawk

Modelled after the P-40 Warhawk fighter plane which was built at the same time as Breitling's Huit Aviation Department, the Aviator 8 Curtiss Warhawk features a black stainless steel case, an army-green dial with a matching canvas strap. Oh, and it's powered by a COSC certified movement, too.

Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Moon

Available in a variety of metal and colour options, this particular example is definitely my favourite. Jaeger-LeCoultre's Master Ultra Thin Moon marries the beautiful romanticism of a moonphase indicator with an elegant, subtle and highly classical design.

Baume et Mercier Clifton Automatic

Recalling the elegant styles of the 1950s, also known as the Golden era of horology, the Baume et Mercier Clifton Automatic highlights those eccentric designs with dashes of modernity in a package that is wonderfully wholesome.

TAG Heuer Formula 1 GMT

TAG Heuer's Formula 1 GMT is like the rite of passage for many younger collectors, especially for those whose pockets aren't quite as deep. Featuring the 'Batman' look, the Formula 1 GMT does well to pay homage to its rich history while at the same time remaining relevant.
