MR PORTER x Haulogerie: Picks of the Week #19

Welcome to the next instalment of our regular series where we pick out our favourite watches MR PORTER has to offer for the week. In this week's round up we'll be featuring classical dress watches from the likes of Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Girard-Perregaux and Piaget. Stay safe and enjoy!

Girard-Perregaux 1966 Automatic

A classical dress watch should be simple, timeless and effortlessly beautiful, attributes that the Girard-Perregaux 1966 Automatic upholds unquestionably well.

Vacheron Constantin Traditionnelle Excellence Platine

Vacheron Constantin's Excellence Platine collection has just been expanded with the addition of the Patrimony Moon Phase Retrograde Date Platine, but the Traditionnelle remains one of my all time favourite dress watches from one of the world's oldest watchmakers.

Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Date

Jaeger-LeCoultre's Master Ultra Thin Date is the quintessential classical dress watch, with virtues of elegance, tradition and beautiful details throughout.

Piaget Altiplano Small-Seconds

The Piaget Altiplano Small-Seconds is a stunning balance of proportions, asymmetry and a degree of boldness that gives it the x-factor in this list of classical dress watches. An exceptional wildcard, for sure.

Vacheron Constantin Patrimony Automatic

Where Vacheron Constantin's Traditionnelle is focused around bold lines, the Patrimony Automatic is the softer, more mellow approach to the typical dress watch, balancing classicism with contemporary relevance that is undeniably beautiful.

Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Classic Duoface

Ah, the beloved Reverso from Jaeger-LeCoultre. Dashes of art-deco adorn the Reverso Classic Duoface in what is, quintessentially, one of the world's most iconic dress watches.
