You can check out last week's picks here. And don't forget to head to The Haulogerium to check out all of this week's picks.
Girard-Perregaux 1966 Orion
Crafted in DLC-coated stainless steel and featuring a black aventurine dial flecked to resemble the cosmos in reference to the constellation of Orion, the Girard-Perregaux 1966 Orion is a subtle, yet wholly intriguing spectacle from one of the most storied watchmakers in the world. Find out more here.
Panerai Radiomir PAM997
Originally the sole supplier of watches to the Royal Italian Navy in the 1940s, Panerai's approach to watchmaking has seen little visceral change, with the Radiomir being one of its most iconic models. Here it is in its most modern iteration, clad in matte-black ceramic and featuring a dark-green dial, the Radiomir PAM997 accentuates the historic notes of the collection in the modern era.
IWC Pilot's TOP GUN Chronograph Edition "SFTI"
To commemorate the US Navy's 'TOP GUN' program, IWC released the Pilot's TOP GUN Chronograph Edition "SFTI". Clad in ceramic, the Pilot's TOP GUN Chronograph Edition "SFTI" is a wonderful rendition of the original piece, available only to the program's graduates.
Girard-Perregaux 1966 Orion
The second 1966 Orion piece featured in this week's MR PORTER x Haulogerie: Watch Picks of the Week round-up features a stunning midnight-blue aventurine dial which contrasts beautifully with the polished stainless steel case. Romanticism at its finest.
NOMOS Glashütte Lambda Hand-Wound
From NOMOS Glashütte we have the delightfully minimalistic looking Lambda Hand-Wound. Created to commemorate the 175th anniversary of the Glashütte watchmaking region, the Lambda Hand-Wound captures the quintessential aesthetic of the German maison exceptionally well.
Oris Big Crown Roberto Clemente
Oris' limited-edition 'Big Crown' watch pays tribute to trailblazing Baseball Hall of Famer and humanitarian Mr Roberto Clemente. It's detailed with a gold '21' - his Pittsburgh Pirates jersey number - on the date ring and comes with a striped NATO strap, as well as a replica of an autographed baseball.
