IWC Pilot’s Watch Timezoner Le Petit Prince
The Pilot’s Watch Timezoner Le Petit Prince reference showcases IWC's rock-solid engineering and design, and is a great watch for frequent travellers and collectors alike. Produced in a limited run of 1500 pieces, it has a patented function that allows you to toggle between different timezones with a simple turn of the ceramic bezel - the mechanism works without stopping the movement, so not a single second is lost, even across the dateline. The robust stainless steel case houses an attractive midnight-blue dial replete with a date indicator, hour, minute and seconds hands, as well as a central hacking seconds. The fascinating inner workings of the calibre 82760 automatic movement and Côtes de Genève finishings can be admired through the exhibition case back.
Panerai Luminor Marina PAM01117
The 'Luminor' origin story is a fascinating one, with founder Mr Giovanni Panerai filing for a patent for 'Radiomir' in 1916, which gave luminosity to the dials based on radium powder. Panerai went on to develop the superior Luminor substance in 1949, to which this limited edition 'Marina' model of 270 pieces pays homage. Built with a cushion-shaped titanium case, it has an integrated Incabloc® system to protect against shock and ensure reliable timekeeping in underwater conditions. The blue Sandwich™ dial is cut out at each Arabic numeral and marker to provide maximum luminescence.
Breitling Chronomat B01 Automatic Chronograph
This duo-tone stainless steel and 18-karat red gold watch pays tribute to Breitling's iconic 'Chronomat' reference that was launched in 1984. Featuring a classic storm-blue dial and signature design details, including a rotating bezel with rider tabs and sleek Rouleaux bracelet, it has been built in Switzerland with an in-house, COSC-certified calibre Breitling 01 automatic movement that has a 70-hour power reserve and precise chronograph functionality. The hands are coated with Super-LumiNova® for visibility in low light.
NOMOS Glashütte Club Limited Edition Automatic
This special edition of NOMOS Glashütte's 'Club' watch is limited to just 175 pieces in commemoration of the namesake region's watchmaking history. A characteristically simple and straightforward design, it's housed in a 40mm stainless steel case (the largest of the range), with an olive-green dial and seconds counter, while sizeable Super-LumiNova®-inlaid numerals and rhodium-plated hands offer clarity. The webbing strap has been custom-made in France and feels comfortable to wear all day long.
Cartier Santos-Dumont
Cartier created the original model for this timepiece in 1904 at the request of Brazilian aviator Mr Alberto Santos-Dumont, who wished for a large-faced wristwatch that would allow him to quickly tell time while flying. The distinct squared case on this 31.4mm model is made from steel, which houses a silver sunray dial marked with bold Roman numerals and blued steel hands. The bezel is punctuated with visible screws, a signature technical detail of the maison. It includes a supple alligator strap in coordinating navy blue - use the Ardillon buckle to size it appropriately.
TAG Heuer Formula 1 x Senna Chronograph
TAG Heuer's special edition 'Formula 1' 44mm watch pays tribute to legendary Brazilian racecar driver and brand ambassador Mr Ayrton Senna. In celebration of its partnership with the Senna Foundation, the Swiss house created a ceramic bezel with a dedicated and exclusive tachymeter scale designed for performance and ease. Each rhodium-plated hand and marker is treated with a Super-LumiNova® coating, so every sub-dial is legible at all speeds and lighting conditions. The folding clasp is engineered with a double safety lock and pilot extension to ensure the 'S'-embossed black leather strap sits comfortably over a driving suit.
