Another week down, another round up of all the latest watch releases in our regular series, Watches of the Week. In this week's instalment, we'll be featuring new watches from the likes of Patek Philippe, Laurent Ferrier and Chopard. Enjoy!
Patek Philippe Drops Some Serious Heat
Patek Philippe has come out of the woodwork with three new versions of some already very interesting, in-demand and complicated watches. The first is the new 5204R-011 Perpetual Calendar Split-Seconds Chronograph, encased in rose gold and featuring a slate grey dial and matching coloured leather strap. The second is the 5930P-001 World Time Chronograph, featuring a platinum case with a green dial. And the third is the probably-already-all-allocated-and-spoken-for 5905/1A-001 Annual Calendar Chronograph, in steel with a matching steel bracelet and a green dial. The 5204R-011 will be priced at $309,893USD, the 5390P-001 at $100,538USD, while the 5905/1A-001 will be priced at $59,140USD.
Laurent Ferrier x Phillips Hommage II
In the latest collaboration between the esteemed auction powerhouse Phillips and the independent watchmaker Laurent Ferrier, we have the stunning Hommage II. Featuring a 40mm steel case, the Hommage II comes in two examples one with a dial in silver and soft-pink and the other in black, each made in a limited run of only 16 pieces. The movement powering these works of art is the LF 116.01 manually wound movement. This is a simplistic movement finishing absolutely exquisitely, something we've all come to expect from Laurent Ferrier. He indeed did not disappoint. Pricing for the each of the new Laurent Ferrier x Phillips Hommage II is 32,000CHF.
Chopard Mille Miglia Bamford Edition
And finally we have the new Chopard Mille Miglia Bamford Edition. A creation borne from the minds behind Bamford Watch Department and Chopard, the new Mille Miglia Bamford Edition is perhaps one of the sportiest and most contemporary looking Mille Miglia models, ever. Clad in bead-blasted DLC stainless steel, orange highlights set against a dark grey dial and a COSC certified movement, the new Mille Miglia Bamford Edition offers the best of both maisons. Rounding off the aesthetic of the watch is the Cordura-effect black rubber strap with orange seams and lining. Fantastic stuff. The Chopard Mille Miglia Bamford Edition is limited to only 33 pieces and is priced at 7,790CHF.
