Another week down, another round up of all the latest watch releases in our regular series, Watches of the Week. In this week's round up, we'll be highlighting the newest watches including pieces from Richard Mille, A. Lange & Söhne, Franck Muller and Roger Dubuis. Enjoy!
Richard Mille RM 029 Automatic Le Mans Classic
The next six-figure piece from Richard Mille is the RM 029 Automatic Le Mans Classic. Crafted from white and green Quartz TPT blocks, the new RM 029 Automatic Le Mans Classic emanates the distinct look of the Le Mans race, especially so with the double strips splitting the watch face in half. The RM 029 Automatic Le Mans Classic celebrates the iconic race and is the 8th model Richard Mille has created to commemorate this historic motorsport event. Limited to 150 pieces, the Richard Mille RM 029 Automatic Le Mans Classic is priced at $176,000USD.
A. Lange & Söhne Drop New Grails
A. Lange & Söhne likes to drop bombs, and it's done so again with its latest and greatest. Four new pieces enter the fray. The first is the highly complex yet somewhat part-underwhelming and part-eyesore-like Cabaret Tourbillon Handwerkskunst. The second and third are a pair of Langematik Perpetuals, one in white gold and the other in pink gold, both priced at £81,400. And the third is the highly romantic and utterly beautiful Saxonia Thin, crafted in pink gold and featuring a stunning Aventurine dial, which is priced £23,500.
Franck Muller Skafander
New from Franck Muller is the Skafander, a truly haute horlogerie take on the tool-like nature of a divers watch. Crafted in the maison's distinct tonneau shape, the new Skafander has a water resistance of 100m, features an automatic movement with 42-hours of power reserve and does away with convention in a way that speaks volumes of Franck Muller's daring and charismatic approach to typical watchmaking. Absolutely love it!
Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Pirelli
And finally from Roger Dubuis we have the new Excalibur Spider Pirelli. Created from the famous Roger Dubuis x Pirelli partnership, the new Excalibur Spider Pirelli continues on the thematic look of the Pirelli-named watches, featuring a world-first interchangeable system, enabling the lucky wearer of the Excalibur Spider Pirelli to quickly change the bezel, crown and strap with a simple click. All of Pirelli's inimitable colours are available, with kits of blue, red and white available to divvy up the Excalibur Spider Pirelli from its standard full black look. The Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Pirelli is available for $113,000AUD.
